1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

Contact (form, email, phone, WhatsApp): name, email address, phone number (if given), the location or district of the property, the subject of your enquiry, planned start and budget (if given), and the content of your message.

• Purpose: to answer your enquiry, arrange a meeting and prepare a quote.
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Retention: 1 year after the enquiry is closed; if a contract is concluded, for the statutory retention period of contractual and accounting records (accounting documents: 8 years).

The website form opens a pre-filled email in your own email application; the data therefore arrives directly in the Controller’s mailbox and is not stored by the website’s server.

3. Cookies and measurement

The website does not use cookies to function and we do not collect visitor statistics.

Ad measurement (only with consent): to measure the results of our ChatGPT ads we may use OpenAI’s Measurement Pixel. It is only enabled if you click “Accept” in the bar shown on the website. Two first-party cookies may then be set: __oppref (ad attribution identifier, 30 days) and __obref (browser identifier, 365 days), and the fact that a contact button (phone, email, WhatsApp) was activated — without personal data — is sent to OpenAI. You can withdraw consent at any time with the “Decline” button or by deleting your browser cookies; on decline the cookies are removed. OpenAI’s privacy policy: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not pass your data to third parties. Our technical providers: the website is served by GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages); for email we use Google LLC (Gmail); WhatsApp messages are transmitted by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. These providers act under their own privacy terms.

5. Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and exercise your right to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Please send requests to the contact details above; we reply within one month at the latest.

6. Remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11; naih.hu; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or bring the matter before a court.
