Urban Flip Studio brings together the technical and the aesthetic side of a renovation. We design the spaces, organise and run the build, then put the furnishings and the last details in place. That way the idea, the costs and the execution never drift apart.

Process
Five steps to handover
A transparent process with fewer unknowns. We settle decisions up front, and during construction we keep the trades and the details in one pair of hands.
Consultation and brief
We get to know the property, your ideas, how you want to live in it and your budget. This is where we decide how deep the intervention needs to go.
Site survey and quote
We survey the technical condition and features of the apartment, then prepare a quote based on what we find.
Design and material selection
Layout, lighting, finishes, sanitaryware, kitchen and built-in furniture — the decisions are made before construction starts.
Construction and coordination
We coordinate and lead the trades, track the schedule and make sure the build follows the design.
Furnishing, styling and handover
Furniture, textiles, lighting and the finishing touches go in, then we walk through the finished apartment together.
Price and schedule are always based on the condition of the apartment and the decisions we make together.

About us
A small studio, full attention.
We started Urban Flip Studio as a married couple. We first learned the craft on our own apartments, with our own money — today we handle renovations from A to Z for others too. We deliberately stay small: we take on only a few projects at a time, so that each one gets our real attention.
