Design, construction, furnishing — together or separately

We can manage a full apartment renovation from plan to handover, but design, interior furnishing or pre-sale home staging can also be booked on their own.

Full-scope apartment renovation

From demolition to the handover of the finished apartment, we organise and manage the entire build. We coordinate the trades, keep track of the schedule and make sure the technical solutions match the design.

The work is carried out by specialists and trades suited to the project; organisation, coordination and communication all run through us.

Technical and spatial planning

Good decisions start with the floor plan. We survey the apartment, organise your requirements and create a plan in which functions, light and materials work together.

Interior design and furnishing

From the proportions of the space through lighting and furniture to textiles, we create a coherent interior. The goal is not a passing trend but a consistent, practical and personal home.

Home staging before sale or rental

Before a sale or rental, targeted improvements make the property more attractive and photogenic. Home staging can include minor repairs, painting, updated lighting, furnishing, rearranging, styling and preparing the property for the photo shoot.

Home staging can be booked on its own as a smaller service — no full renovation needed.

Partial renovation and refresh

Not every apartment needs a complete overhaul. A new kitchen, a bathroom, new flooring, paint or lighting can change a lot — in these cases we build on what is already there.

Process

How we work

A transparent process with fewer unknowns. We settle decisions up front, and during construction we keep the trades and the details in one pair of hands.

  1. Consultation and brief

    We get to know the property, your ideas, how you want to live in it and your budget. This is where we decide how deep the intervention needs to go.

  2. Site survey and quote

    We survey the technical condition and features of the apartment, then prepare a quote based on what we find.

  3. Design and material selection

    Layout, lighting, finishes, sanitaryware, kitchen and built-in furniture — the decisions are made before construction starts.

  4. Construction and coordination

    We coordinate and lead the trades, track the schedule and make sure the build follows the design.

  5. Furnishing, styling and handover

    Furniture, textiles, lighting and the finishing touches go in, then we walk through the finished apartment together.
